21st Century Community Learning Centers is a federally-funded program. It supports the creation of community learning centers that operate programs for students in high-poverty and low-performing schools, as well as their families.

This Community Arts Grant was funded by the New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA). NYSCA supports innovative and community-oriented arts programs throughout the state’s 62 counties.
The Ralph Wilson Jr. Foundation focuses on investing in:
- Children and youth
- Healthy communities
- Young adults and working class families
as well as other worthy causes in Western New York and Southeast Michigan. This particular application was submitted to the Ralph Wilson Jr. Foundation Fund for Youth Sports.
